Tangram Insurance Services is proud to be a partner of ProSight Specialty Insurance in delivering excellent insurance products and services to non-profit and social service agencies. We understand that non-profits provide vital services to our society – everything from childcare and family services, to education and aid for seniors. We also know the last few years have been especially challenging as organizations struggle to find and keep their funding.

We know that a grant, even a modest one, can make a huge difference, so we are taking a portion of our profits and reinvesting them in 501(c)(3) groups that are making a difference. That's why, in addition to providing great coverage for non-profit organizations, we are also supporting them through the Community Giving Fund, which is jointly funded by Tangram and ProSight. The fund is designed to allow great organizations to apply for grants to help them fulfill their missions, and it's a tremendous way for our agents to develop even deeper relationships with their policyholders. In fact, agents play a critical role in the process by nominating organizations for financial support from the fund.

Here’s how it works: Twice a year our agents invite non-profit customers to apply for a grant through a simple online form. A committee made up of Tangram and ProSight employees review the applications and determine grant recipients for the current period. Our Community Giving Fund is another way to recognize the leadership of our agents and the good work of our non-profit policyholders. 

For the Fund’s inaugural year, we're pleased to award 25 grants ranging from $500 to $5,000 with each assisting organizations that are directly impacting the communities they serve. The grants support a wide array of unique nonprofit programs and services: From child abuse prevention and crisis intervention to community center, shelter and senior center support.
